	Young Children Shady Creek Action Hour! Wednesdays • Summer 2013 Children at Shady Creek during the summer have the chance to be introduced to all the action at the MSMAP studio. It's a fun-filled hour of action and learning. Tiny Tigers (ages 4+) 4 days/week Mon thru Thu • 4:30-5:15pm Discover how our Tiny Tigers martial arts activity program helps *plant the seeds of success. Pre-Teens/Teens Taekwondo* Tue & Thu • 5:30-7:00pm This group is for children older and who want to get more — a lot more — out of their training experience. This is where children train to *begin achieving really big things.* Teens & Adults Yongmudo Mon & Wed • 5:30-7:00pm Yongmudo incorporates a variety of techniques (kicks, strikes, throws, jointlocks, submission wrestling) into a *comprehensive system of personal health & self-defense.* Off-site Activities MSE After-School Program Fall 2013 Mondays • 3 to 4pm MSE Cafeteria *Get Bully-Proof!* We’re starting the school year with another activity session that could be life-changing. Martial Arts for Seniors Alternate Mondays • 10:45-11:45am Dunsmuir CRC MSMAP is resuming its partnership with the Dunsmuir CRC and offering a healthy activity program for seniors.
