Self-Defense WorkshopsTuesdays, 6:30 to 7:30pm The Mount Shasta Martial Arts Program is pleased to once again offer Self-Defense for Young Women. This is a workshop spanning six-weeks covering a variety of topics educating young women on how to handle themselves in different situations to avoid and manage difficult and even dangerous situations.
